GoogleAs a letting agent, they are totally useless. Completely non-responsive on the property management phone numbers. The mobile numbers go straight to voicemail and Shannon just does not call back ever. Only the sales numbers are every answered and they can't help with property management except leaving endless messages with Shannon to call back. Disgusting.

We have been trying to buy a property from them and it's been 8 months now and nothing has progressed as they cant seem to liaise between solicitors and come back with acceptable responses.
