Thornley Groves arrange the let for my flat in Manchester. They had about six potential tenant viewing arranged within a week. They made the arrangements and signed the papers for a couple with the next week. We found the last tenants previous ones had not told anyone about certain problems. Liam and Raffy have worked solidly to help me get the flat ready within two weeks for the tenants to move in. Raffy has become a DIY expert as well. They have been extremely helpful and done a lot of extra work to get everything ready. I highly recommend their services if you are looking for a good letting agent.

Liam the manager is a lovely, friendly, very knowledgeable person who made the whole process from start to finish a very pleasant experience right from the start, from the first viewing right through to picking up the keys and moving in. All through the long and arduous process of purchasing a property, Herwald's now Thornley Groves, Prestwich, have been very helpful. Really pleased with the service offered from Liam at Prestwich branch. 2 viewings in the same afternoon were arranged, took time to listen to what we wanted, and offered us 2 appropriate options. We were new to the area and he was also really knowledgeable about the local area. Once we knew we were interested in 1 of the rental options Liam gave us reassurance he would look to arrange this as quickly as possible.
