GoogleReside have been very efficient in dealing with our lettings. They have been quick at finding new and suitable tenants and their communication has been prompt re any issues. What sets them apart though is the fact that they are personable and we have have the same connection ( Kate Bloor) since we started using them ten years ago. She has been super helpful and supportive especially throughout the pandemic and they’ve helped me solve any issues that came up over time, super super happy with how things have been so far

GoogleBad communicators all the way through, from start to finish. Move-in was chaos, and had to hassle them for issues such as giving us a timeline for information, sending us the correct contract and giving us the correct move-in time. We allegedly had a property manager (Lauren) but got passed around to so many people that it was confusing as to who was actually responsible for what. If you need an urgent repair, they are mostly fine, but anything less than a hot water or heating outage will get flat-out ignored. Waited 3 months for a minor repair, reminded got told to contact the domestics company ourselves a week before our move-out, then recieved a bullshit "sorry you feel that way" apology. They aren't active scammers (a high bar to clear), but holy God these people are bad at their jobs.

GoogleWe have never rented before and have relied on reside to look after us. We found reside to be reliable and responsive to our needs. They clearly have loads of experience and the whole process from starting the rental to ending it a year later, and deposit return has been smooth and stress free. A special mention to Simone who has proved knowledgeable and really helpful throughout.

Great communication and well organised, they took us through the whole process with ease. Google10/10 service. I have been dealing with Reside for the past few weeks before recently moving into my new apartment. Reside have been more than helpful throughout the entire process. Very quick to answer questions or doubts and always friendly. Jessica was fantastic throuhgout for us, and i have no doubt that i will be choosing Reside again the next time i need another move in Manchester.

Nothing was ever too much trouble and what turned out to be a difficult exchange and completion period was made much easier by her. GoogleWe had such a lovely experience with Reside! Rosie was more than happy to show us two potential properties at a later viewing than usual so both me and my boyfriend were able to attend. GoogleI have used Reside for 3 years. As I am based overseas I am very reliant on Anthony and the team to take care of the letting and property management for the flats they manage on my behalf. The entire team are very proactive and experienced and I have not experienced the frustrations often found with managing agents who are more interested in fee maximisation than customer service.
