Reside have managed my property since 2015, and also just sold it for me. The service I have received has been exceptional for the last 8 years. Every staff member I’ve dealt with has been extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient in whatever capacity they have been assisting in, either on the sales or the letting side. As a landlord living far away it really has been a trouble free investment and I haven’t had to worry about anything because Reside just take care of any issues on your behalf. On the sales side Reside have worked tirelessly and have been very thorough at liaising with all parties and keeping everyone up to date. I’ve never had to chase because they always respond quickly to calls and emails, and nothing is too much trouble. It has been a pleasure to deal with an independent estate agent where everyone is so friendly and accessible. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

We lived in Broadside for a year. Within that year we were left for 10 months without a functional and working hob, I was constantly dismissed and ignored by the property management team. I would not recommend renting through reside. We realised the longer we lived there the finish of the property wasn’t up to par with cheap decor and rusting radiators in the bathroom. Not good enough given the amount we are expected to pay in rent. Broadside concierge were fantastic and I cannot praise them enough.
