Reside provide an extremely professional but friendly service with quick response times and incredible value. GoogleReside manage two high level apartments on our behalf in the centre of Manchester. It’s inevitable that unexpected maintenance issues occur with rental properties. Reside manage those maintenance issues professionally and speedily within a sensible budget. They act honestly and provide regular monthly accounts. We are very pleased with their professional service and friendly staff.

GoogleLauren was amazing at handling our end of tenancy, due to an issue with our Landlord. She worked to get a mutual resolution for us as well as the Landlord. Fully appreciate her transparency and correspondence, she was very nice too!

GoogleI have had the misfortune of dealing with some of Manchesters more unprofessional and unorganized letting agencies, but Reside is not one of them. I had a bit of difficulty finding an apartment in Manchester, when I was moving there for work. To cut a long story short, I thought I had secured a flat with a different agency that then fell through. Working on short notice, I remembered a really positive interaction I had with Zvi, an agent at Broadside (a Reside property) and I remembered how much I liked the apartment when I saw it during my first round of flat hunting. I had less than two weeks to get myself a flat at this point so after I got the news that the other agency had left me out to dry, I immediately called Zvi and nervously explained my situation and he was more than happy to help. Within a single day of me pulling the trigger so to speak the hold was placed on an apartment I really liked and my application processing was already going through. Communication was great, there were no surprises and I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way (perfect for a nervous person like me). I had the keys in my hand less than two weeks later, just as I needed. Could not have been a smoother letting experience. And the apartment itself is also really lovely.

GoogleI rented via Reside for about a year and a half, and always found them to be helpful and courteous regarding any issues I raised. The begin and end of tenancy processes were straightforward, all maintenance issues were dealt with promptly, and the team were always responsive. Extra credit is absolutely due to Sarah Taylor, who managed the property I lived in. She was a consistently fantastic point of contact for me, and handled the challenging situation of my landlord unfortunately passing away unbelievably well. I would absolutely recommend Reside!
