GoogleI'd fully recommend Reside to anyone looking for properties to rent. They made themselves available at short notice for viewings and Rhiannon was a great help getting everything sorted! Cannot fault them and will definitely continue to use Reside in the future.

GoogleReside are liars. SARAH TAYLOR, one of the property management team spent two months lying to us about the section 21 we had been served. SARAH TAYLOR told us so many lies and tried using guilt tripping. It became so bad my gp put me on anxiety meds and we also had to get the Council involved. Reside treat residents with utter contempt. The manager SIMONE, called me once she was made aware of the issues and LIES from SARAH TAYLOR. I was expecting, at the very least, an apology. It became very apparent that her calling me was more about damage limitation than concern for a client. I'd advise everyone to stay well away from this awful estate agents.

GoogleRented an apartment managed by Reside for just over a year and they were very easy to communicate with and a great go between for us as tenants and the landlord. All issues and questions dealt with in a timely manner by Lauren Richardson who kept us up to date with how things were progressing after we’d moved out. There’s a lot of bad estate agents out there but these are definitely one of the best I’ve dealt with.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe had the opportunity to interact with Reside and specifically Georgina during our search for a new house. Very responsive and friendly approach. We were very pleased with the quality of the apartments we saw, Georgina understood exactly what we were looking for and all the properties she showed us were very good candidates! Very open and honest in sharing detailed information about the properties. Having many options was something that helped us decide at the end! GoogleReside were so helpful when we were searching for a new place to live. Chelsea conducted our viewing and even took the time to show us an extra property. She was very informative and responsive after the viewing. Jessica dealt with the tenancy documentation and move-in. She was very friendly and efficient, especially over the Christmas period. GoogleMy exceptional experience with the Broadside management warranted a review. Mr. Steven Cowpe, head of residential services, went above and beyond to help us find the right apartment. He was very patient and accommodating even when we were initially undecided and required more than one visit. The unique friendly and welcoming vibes of the residence, well represented by Mr. Cowpe, was the reason we chose it to be our new home. We highly recommend the property and its management team.

GoogleWe have been renting through Reside for nearly 18months now. They have been very helpful from initially finding the flat through renewing tenancy and helping to solve any problems that have arisen. Simone Jenkinson and Kate Bloor have both been particularly helpful and are always prompt with emails. I would recommend this agent when looking for a flat to rent. Adding to this now that we have finished our tenancy, Reside made moving out and balancing the books very easy. I cannot fault their management of the property and have made renting very easy for us. Thanks again

GoogleWould much rather threaten to take large amount’s of money out from your deposit with no legal basis, than pay £8.50 to rectify their own error. Maintenance issues are also sorted slower than you’d expect.
