GoogleCan't understand where all of those positive reviews coming from... Tried to rent a studio and guess what - they thought they can trick me into a contract while hiding essential "material" information - cladding works that will take 46 weeks! They decided not to mention it and then informed me after I was supposed to pay the full rent upfront! Just imagine Simone even tried to blame me and told me that I have short memory - thanks god I had my friend at the viewing and I was able to get her testimony. Beware of this place - mileading ommission is their second name. If someone needs a proof of the whole horror, just leave a comment I can provide you with all the emails and receiptsNegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleReside has been one of the best residential agencies we've dealt with so far. Their level of professionalism, responsiveness and their going above and beyond attitude really shined through the entire process. We were a bit worried moving in the middle of an epidemic, but the staff at Reside made the entire move flawless. We would like to specifically thank both Jessica B and Chelsea W for their incredible commitment to our requests, they helped us fix all the problems of the apartment (snags, wall colours), managed the entire situation and were in continuous communication. GoogleHad a great experience with Steven from Reside! Met him last Saturday and the whole process has been amazing so far. Steven provided me and my dad will so much useful information but didn't feel like he was forcing the property at us like the average estate agent - he was so lovely to speak to! He has been so welcoming and has constantly emailed me with updates and more information on One Vesta Street. My Dad found him to be very professional and informative and now I can't wait to be a proud owner of One Vesta Street.

GoogleI have used Reside as my agent for my buy to let in Manchester for over three years now. They helped me to find the property and tenants in the first instance and in that time I have only had a week vacant. I am considering another property in Manchester and again they have been helping me find a suitable one in the right location for my budget. GoogleWe’ve had an outstanding experience throughout, the service has been excellent and the staff have been really friendly and helpful; with all queries being answered very quickly. The moving in process was very well managed, with Reside being forthcoming about known issues and subsequently arranging reparations the same day. They also provide an excellent application to log any more maintenance requests, making the whole process very simple, and traceable. It should be truly underlined how much better Reside are compared to the other letting agents I’ve had experience with in Manchester.

GoogleI have used Reside as a landlord for some years now and have always had a top rate service. I’ve received good advice and a really friendly service. I don’t live in Manchester so I have to trust my management team and I do implicitly. They have always been excellent at renewing tenancies or finding new tenants promptly. Special mention for Kate Bloor who does most of the work on my properties. I have also just sold an apartment through Reside. Again I’ve had excellent service and have been very impressed with Chelsea Wilkinson who handled it all. She’s been efficient, helpful and a pleasure to work with. She handled what turned out to be a challenging last day or two of the sale with a calmness, professionalism and determination that was much appreciated by myself and I’m sure the purchaser. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Reside for renting or selling a property. You get a very personal and top class experience with them.

GoogleThe tablet dispenser of the dishwasher in our apartment was broken before we moved in. After I noticed this problem, I reported the problem to the agent. The property manager then replied to me the next day and arranged a repair. However, the Beko engineer did not show up on the appointed day. Finally, it took 1 month for the repair.
