I had some problems in my flat that took a really long time to resolve by our last estate agency. We were then moved to Reside and they we're very help full sorting the ongoing problems we had for over a year. This week we had no hot water and this was resolved within 24 hours. Same when I lost my parking ticket, I was able to pick up a new one same day.

Moved in to a flat with leaking ceiling (which has not been shown on the video tour). Took them around 6 months to do something and even then it has not been fixed. Poor communication between Reside and building management. On top of that, they will try their best to take as much of your deposit as possible. Would not recommend.

Not even worth a star!! Don’t bother using them. A little breakdown on why you should never use them and save yourself the time and effort: 1:They cancel viewings half hour before agreed time 2: If there was a score for unprofessional they would get a 10/10 3: OVERALL run and save yourself!!

He was professional and answered all of my questions, was interested in showing me the flat really thoroughly and was just charming and helpful. Reside have managed my property in the last 9 months and have done fantastically well in looking after it for me. They have been great in facilitating sometimes challenging conversations and have always been helpful. I have not had any problems so far and am happy that i have to do very little whilst Reside take care of my property, so that i can focus on raising my baby daughter.
