Steven, on a personal basis, is very efficient and helpful. The company he works for is, however, thoroughly bent and deceitful. I have started proceedings in the Courts to retrieve monies I have lost through their rank incompetence and deceit. I would recommend everyone to avoid Reside Manchester like the plague.

I've had a great move-in experience with reside. No problems at all apart from a few minor issues with the state of some furnishing but Reside worked all that out for me with the landlord with no friction. Chelsea helped me with my move-in and responded to my emails within minutes (sometimes seconds)!
