GoogleI've been a tenant in properties in Manchester since 2010 and Reside are by far the best experience I've had. The team are really polite, friendly, and professional, and any issues with the property have been dealt with very quickly. I would recommend to anybody looking for an agency in Manchester.

GoogleWas dealing with Reside Manchester (specifically, with Jessica Barlow) to find an apartment for 6 months term in Greater Manchester area. The service is of high quality, the agents are professionals and respond to enquires quickly. It took approximately 10 days from the viewing to moving in date.

GoogleThe team at Reside have managed my properties for the past few years. I've found their service to be of a much higher standard than that of other letting agents I've used. Any issues with the properties/ tenants are dealt with promptly with minimal hassle to me. Really pleased!

GoogleIf you are offered a tent on Deansgate from a random stranger at £1,000 p/m or a swanky flat by Reside at £1,100 p/m… then take the tent on Deansgate. The random stranger will no doubt be more competent, more responsive and generally less likely to try and rip you off. Avoid!

GoogleI was left with a broken fridge and freezer for over 6 months, I.e milk lasted 1-2 days before going off etc. Three repair appointments were made but no one turned up. I tried to get my own repairman but was warned not to and threatend with bills if i did any work my self. I was repeatedly told it was working fine (even tho they set up 3 apointments to fix it) Finaly I move out and was told i would get a bill to fix the broken fridge/ freezer as it wasnt broken when i moved in...? Reside then wanted to keep the full deposit, only to have 95% of it awarded back to me in deposit dispute. You get the picture, they care for profit not people and they spend all that money on a big fancy office but sadly not on any competiant staff. Overall a very sad experiance for me. i was made ill from some of the food looking back, i should have stoped the rent but i was young and naive. Lesson learned Avoid!

GoogleThis agency is absolutely horrible. They charge hundreds, if not thousands, of pounds for literally everything. Beware of the hidden fees. They like to charge you fees that are not even mentioned in your contract. Some of the people working there have no manners and no customer services skills whatsoever. Contacting them is useless since they won't try to resolve your issue or even apologise for any inconveniences and will make you feel like you've done something wrong instead. When something needs to be fixed in the flat, they take months to send someone over. They make excuses that their contractors are too busy. Even when the contractor was supposed to arrive, he didn't come and didn't even bother sending a message. I don't care if the contractors are busy or not. From my standpoint, I'm just getting a bad service. Why would landlords even bother paying you a monthly fee? You're not doing what you're supposed to do.
