GoogleBoth landlords and tenants should avoid Reside. Poor communication and processes which will end up costing you money. Miles apart from other estate agencies I have dealt with, both as a landlord and as a tenant.
Ed, I am the MD of Reside and am very concerned with the contents of this review. Ka, thank you for your one star review. Re your deposit, circa 90% of the deposit was returned to yourselves straight after your tenancy ended, with circa £95 retained in respect to a cleaning cost disputed between yourselves and the landlord, which we have no control over and are waiting for you both to confirm resolution. We will gladly forward on the remaining £95 once you guys let us know your resolution - please keep us informed of your decision once you have come to an agreement, regards Reside Manchester
