GoogleReside were the property managers at our last rental apartment and were one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They were extremely unhelpful with issues we had in the apartment (such as a fully broken window upon move in) and their communication was often rude or even unresponsive. Would give zero stars if I could and we will be avoiding this company at all costs from now.

GoogleReside Manchester is a very serious agency, thorough and very helpful with all the steps regarding the renting of a flat. I am French and so I was not used with English procedures. They helped me in all the ways (including setting a contract as I was aboard). They have followed all the issues and fix them when I moved in. I warmly recommend them.

GoogleWe've had some issues regarding a leak in our building recently, causing our entire apartment to flood. At an already stressful time, Lauren (our property manager) has been so unbelievably prompt, helpful and understanding. She is nothing short of an absolute credit to the Reside team and we're so unbelievably grateful for all her help in the last few weeks. Cheers Lauren, from Elys and Morgan 🤟

GoogleRecently moved into a property with my partner and we both found the experience very easy and the service swift and efficient. I was in constant contact with Steven Cowpe, who looks after our particular property, and I found him to be very accommodating, patient and always on hand should I have a question. All in all Hannah and me were/are very happy.

GoogleI use Reside as a landlord for multiple properties and have been greatly impressed. Their fees are below what I pay elsewhere in the UK and the full service I receive is fast, efficient and good value. When they do works on my behalf, i am never surprised by the costs which I regret to say I have been with other agencies.

Googlei started using Reside about 4 years , having moved from another agent Reside proved to be very professional , reliable and always keep me informed of the situation. They [Kate in particular] were very helpful when i have had problems with maintenance companies , they liaise well on tenant changeovers . i would happily recommend Reside to anyone .
