Coming to the end of our tenancy in a reside owned property. Had no problems at all. We had arranged a viewing which had been booked a few days earlier and confirmed the day before. No one turned up for the viewing, and when we phoned we were told, with no explanation, that last night the viewing had been cancelled. We had received no confirmation that this had happened. Harriet was very helpful trying to rearrange, but this could not be done until the next day, which was too late for us.

I worked with Georgina at Reside when purchasing a flat in Salford. Georgina was an excellent communicator both verbally and in the written form. Bad communicators all the way through, from start to finish. Move-in was chaos, and had to hassle them for issues such as giving us a timeline for information, sending us the correct contract and giving us the correct move-in time. We allegedly had a property manager (Lauren) but got passed around to so many people that it was confusing as to who was actually responsible for what. If you need an urgent repair, they are mostly fine, but anything less than a hot water or heating outage will get flat-out ignored. Waited 3 months for a minor repair, reminded got told to contact the domestics company ourselves a week before our move-out, then recieved a bullshit "sorry you feel that way" apology. They aren't active scammers (a high bar to clear), but holy God these people are bad at their jobs.
