I have been in touch with Adam for a few years now. Although there were some issues with the development, he has always been helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process. He managed to find 2 tenants for the asking price which was a relief for me. Very approachable and professional!

GoogleVery awful experience with Diane Mc Carthy . Very unhelpful and dismissive as her response in every conversation is “there’s nothing we can do”. No empathy whatsoever or effort to help. We have just been given our keys and the w/c is old and stained in a new property. We started the application a month ago and still no blinds have installed on the scheduled day to move in, windows so wide and direct light rays in every area of the property. She just apportioned blame to the blinds company. We paid to you, signed a contract , told us on phone it should be ready before we move in . After 4weeks of the whole process the blinds are not fixed and we have to sleep out till is done. Very unacceptable and unprofessional especially when it involves contracts and payment. It tells how no one is actually responsible for checking if things are in place before tenants move in. Just “ there’s nothing I can do “. They just took our monies and handed over a property that wasn’t complete.

GoogleApartment was re-let quickly and efficiently. Rebecca dealt with any maintenance issues- post previous tenants leaving and new tenants commencing. Process was quick and painless which is what any landlord wants. Good communication throughout the process.

GoogleI have been using Qube now to rent out my property in Manchester, and I am extremely pleased with the level of care and support they offer their landlords. They are excellent at communicating; their team is always on hand to solve any questions or queries you may have, nothing is ever too much trouble, and overall, they are wonderful to work with. TrustpilotEmbarrasing. The won’t help tenants
Not recommendable. They promise changes that they never achieve. We have been without an elevator the whole year I have been living in this apartment. Sometimes even the only one working wouldn’t work in a building with 14 floors. Besides, I am forced to pay the rent worth one month as the fixed term contracts are no longer legal but they only advised by a general mail instead of informing tenants with fixed term contracts.
