GoogleEnquired about a property available to rent and was told viewings were fully booked but if it didn't go through they would be back in touch. A week later the property is still advertised but nobody contacted me so I sent an email to which nobody responded. Why do estate agents not get back to people?

GoogleFast replies when organising a viewing. Titu who’s showed me around the property was very helpful and friendly.

GoogleAbsolute nightmare to deal with. took the best part of 8 months to fix a leaking window in the midst of winter, then tried to blame damp on the tenants. Repeatedly provided less notice than required by their tenancy agreement and also charged extortionate administration fees to renew, despite there not being any contingency in the tenancy for this. Difficult at best, would not advise anyone to use them.

GoogleI have gone to the office to ask for an appointment to see a house and they have not opened the door for me despite being inside, they tell me to ask for an appointment by phone to enter the office, I call the phone repeatedly for three days and nobody answers

GoogleDO NOT USE THEM TO SELL YOUR PROPERTY. Restrict viewings to were they benefit from the most. Why else do they not show properties to buyers and sell them elsewhere even if you are the 1st to inquire. DISHONEST OUTFIT AND SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED. 13.03.20 - Provided all the proof to your response and email sent which branch and head office did not respond too.

TrustpilotPhone is never answered ever! - Manchester Office
Genuinely baffled how no one answers the phone? I have been calling for hours on end for days in a row and not once has someone picked up the phone. They clog up Manchester rental listings with their properties yet they are completely inaccessible. How are people meant to rent their properties?

GoogleI had an appointment to view a property to rent but nobody from this company turned up. No phone call or email to apologise or explain - unprofessional and discourteous to say the least and a complete waste of my time. There are plenty of other estate agents out there to choose from.

GoogleVery laxy company I told them 4th day of mooving in that boiller in bathroom is not working properly, I send 3 e mails, call them 3 times, no one cares.

GoogleBad experience from the vieweing to the key collection. No information, unproffesional, I had to do all my own. Didn't tell me where the parking was, what parking space was, that I had to go to the concierge to set everything up................... They were lucky the property was good, cause they helped 0 with that.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleHaving read the harrowing reviews and suffered the torture of unsuccessfully trying to contact Manchester lettings of Philip James on mails, messages and phone calls, I wonder how do they manage to be afloat? I guess there are customers who haven't seen the reviews and suffer the torture silently. Simply pathetic.
