GoogleNazia has been very helpful with my transition/tenancy to my flat. The process of the checks has also been very smooth. The 4 stars go just for a misunderstanding on a couple of questions which costed due to wrong answers. Apart from that, my experience has been really good.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic! Been with NorthernGroup for a year during my third year of uni. Iβve never had such an attentive and professional landlord! Help is always available whether itβs by phone or through the office. The employees are really friendly and do their best to accommodate any requests or solve any issues. Both Nazia and Nick from the Management Team stood out this year with the way they dealt with us as tenants and assistance they provided when moving out! Be it help with the building facilities or property management requests, respectively. Iβm moving to another part of manchester which means a new landlord, however, would recommend NorthernGroup to any prospective tenants who appreciate a dedicated management team!
