GoogleIt was really bad experience. They wasted my time, staff is very unprofessional and no communation in the team.

We understand we did not meet your expectations despite our efforts to assist. A property was initially confirmed with you over the phone; however, we then were unable to progress the application as we did not hear back from you in over 4 days. Our team were unable to obtain further information to secure the property, so the property was let out to another applicant. We understand the result of not securing a new home may be frustrating; however, we do hope you can understand that due to not hearing back from you, we had to give other applicants the chance to secure the property. If you’d like to contact us directly, then we would be more than happy to resolve the issue and assist in helping you find your next home.
