GoogleWe really enjoyed our time at ice plant. The building is really well maintained and a perfect location, Northern group were really easy to deal with. Katie goes above and beyond to help with any needs highly recommend these apartments.

GoogleRecently had to have maintenance works done on our NG flat. NG organised ASAP. I couldn’t rate more highly the work that was done by Matt, he exceeded expectations. He was super friendly whilst remaining professional throughout. If you want a job done right (even if meaning it’d take 2 days!) then call Matt!

GoogleHad a really good moving in experience with Northern Group. I have no complaints and had any questions answered straight away by Katie; who was incredibly helpful. The apartment building seems to be well maintained and quiet. Overall would recommend Northern Group to anyone looking to rent in Manchester.

GoogleWe've just moved in to our new flat and Nazia made the whole process really smooth, from arranging viewings to completing our application. The flat was spotless when we moved in. Best company I've used when moving and I've moved quite a few times in Manchester.

GoogleNazia showed me around a property and she was just fantastic! Lovely to chat to, gave me all the information I needed, was accommodating to the fact I was late (sorry Nazia!) and on the whole, Northerngroup were great. Quick to respond, and always answer the phone!

GoogleMark the concierge is incredibly friendly and helpful! He always greets everyone and is always on hand to answer questions/offer assistance. Such an asset and a great part of living in the Quarters!

GoogleDuring the initial administrative process Nazia was absolutely awesome. She made herself available to help with the paperwork and throughout my stay at Flint Glass was always available should any issues crop up. I would thoroughly recommend Northern Group to anyone thinking of renting a property.

GoogleA very quick response in reporting our microwave which was no longer working and was fixed the next day. Very prompt and efficient work from both the engineer and Aria/Claire at Northern for sorting for us. Also very clean daily throughout thanks to the lovely K who is always helpful!
