GoogleNorthern group are great! I have recently started to rent with them and every single person I’ve dealt with have been super professional, helpful and lovely. They get stuff done fast with no hassle and are great at keeping up communication. Would highly recommend based on my experience so far!

GoogleTook them more than two months to fix garage door, and people's motorbike got stolen, and they don't seem very helpful at all. But only tried to put themselves from the responsibilities, however, it was their fault to leave the garage door open for so long. And when burglar broke into people's apartment and tenants lost lots of stuff, Northern Group's reaction was to ask the tenant to pay for the broken glass.

Hello Kate, We are disappointed to hear you have not had a good experience here. Our contracts (ASTs) with our tenants are industry standard and explain both the tenant and landlord responsibilities. In the event of a crime whilst we are extremely sympathetic, I trust you will appreciate that mindless and criminal actions are totally beyond our control. GoogleWe found the flat on Rightmove and thanks to the professionalism of the agency and Adam within two weeks we got the house. He helped us through all the steps and was always very helpful! If you need a house go to Norther group!

GoogleMy partner and I have just signed our first lease with Northern Group and the experience was incredibly straightforward and hassle free. Nazia (from the property management team) was supportive and efficient. She expedited the administrative process and move-in date plus gave us lots of great advice about the local area. The property is fantastic, with great fixtures and fittings, and we feel very welcome in our new home.

GoogleHaven’t moved in as of yet, but we’ve gone through referencing. Up to now we’ve been very impressed with Northern Group! They’ve been very quick to respond to any queries we’ve had. Nazia has been brilliant and is really warm and friendly! The best letting agency we’ve come across so far!
