GoogleAsked to book a second house viewing yesterday, and Patrick Smith got back to me immediatley and was able to book us in for the next day. No issues at all and Patrick was very professional and accommodating. Excited to move into the house later this year!

GoogleWorst agency ever. My partner called 3 times for the vieving of the same apartment. They say that will send a WhatsApp or an Email with the video of the apartment and if you are still intested we can have a face to face viewing. They NEVER send a video and we are still waiting. Imaging renting a house with them how irresponsible could be as an agency. NO thaks i wiil not even try to rent a house with you guys. :)

GoogleIf you are a student, steer clear of Nicholas Humphreys. My friends rented a property off them only for the house to be unfinished, and the move in date delayed. They were still charged full rent for the time when the property wasn't available. They are now using their deposits to redecorate the house, despite admitting they already had plans to redecorate regardless. Nicholas Humphreys are dishonest, and will try to rip you off.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleExcellent customer service, my house mates and I were in a hurry to find a property as we left it too late but Max and Erin were amazing and luckily had an amazing 4 bed available and newly refurbished. The store was very pleasant and Max offered us a drink and biscuits whilst we filled out the paperwork. Would highly recommend

GoogleAbsolutely Awful!! Paid a reservation fee for a property then heard nothing back from Tim the estate agent handling the address for over 3 days. After finally getting hold of him through via the office, he informed us that the landlady had rented the property privately... He said that he'd get the reservation fee refunded by the Friday and i still haven't received my refund. Absolutely awful communication and I don't feel that I would've been informed the property had been Let without ringing the office myself. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Hi Kieran, I am sorry you feel your experience is deserving of a 1* rating and the "avoid at all" costs is disappointing if not a little hurtful given the personal reference. You were refunded in 10 days (8 working days). You also reserved the property on Sunday (a day we are closed) and were informed the following Tuesday so it was 1 day delay which I apologise for as I was obtaining information from the property owner. I also apologise for saying the refund would be complete on Friday when it was actually the following Wednesday. I would certainly not say it was a 5* service but again I feel 1* for these two issues seems a little harsh and I hope you do not avoid us at all costs in the future. Thanks Tim

GoogleDan has gone above and beyond throughout a very protracted process with a particularly slow buyer, even offering to pick up the maintenance himself during a delay that meant i had moved too far away to do it myself. Throughout communication has been good, advice has been professional and Dan has been very personable and easy to deal with. Recommended.

GoogleMax was so helpful in finding me and my friends the perfect house, when the one we wanted fell through he went above and beyond to find us another one we loved and then made the process as quick and easy as possible! Would recommend this letting agent to anyone and will definitely be using them again next year.
