GoogleIt’s really important for a landlord to have a good relationship with the person managing their property. My first experience with Leaders was less than satisfactory as a result of my manager leaving the company without any continuity to the next manager. However, over the last couple of months Melika has taken on my property and is doing everything within her power to restore my faith in the company. When she says that she will contact the tenant or a contractor it gets done and she comes back to me with an answer to my questions. I hope that she will remain my management agent for a considerable time.

GoogleI rent out a property via Leaders Manchester. I mainly deal with Rosey Turner who is always fantastic to work with. She is so responsive and helpful, by far the best property manager i’ve had dealings with. Jayne Dowse, property inspector has always been super thorough and proactive to ensure a smooth transition from one tenant to the next and is lovely to work with. When I initially approached 4 agents to discuss renting out my property, Mike Walton from Leaders was the only agent to follow up and act urgency, every tenancy since then has had a quick turnaround time.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe have just purchased a flat through leaders and Andy has done a brilliant job getting the sale completed taking the stress away from us and pushing things along to completion. Really great service and it is on going as we move over to Liam and the letting team who are being just as pro active as Andy and his team in sales.

GoogleAVOID. Even though we thought the no deposit option was a good incentive we have still been charged after leaving our tenancy and when we call to discuss how the charges were not us, we have been fobbed off on 6 different occasions. Then emailed saying they were taking us to court. I try to ring to discuss and all I get told is someone is on lunch, or they are away, or they’ll come back with an answer. I have rented with 6 other estate agents in Manchester and Leaders are undoubtedly the worst I have come across. PLEASE AVOID.

GoogleOverall we have had a positive experience as renters. Primarily that is due to Rosey Turner our property manager. She has treated us respectfully and as fellow human beings, always being sensitive and responsive to our particular circumstances. We have dealt with some other members of staff who have been middling to poor in their customer service skills and ability to relate to their renters experiences. However Rosey has made up for those sporadic poor experiences.
