DO NOT LET WITH THIS AGENCY!!! Please do your research carefully before letting with Leaders, I have never experienced such an awful letting agent in 6 years of renting. Still waiting for broken windows to be replaced 4 months into my 6 month tenancy. Spent weeks with no blinds or privacy... Staff are disorganised, disinterested and unprofessional. The only time you get a response to anything will be when they want your money. Safety of their tenants isn't a concern at all. They will make threats with absolutely NO LEGAL GROUNDS. The council are involved in dealing with them on my behalf that's how bad it is! Read the other reviews on this site - many people seem to be struggling to get their deposits back months after leaving. This is not the only 1 star review... I wish I had never signed with them.

I wanted to express my utmost pleasure in dealing with Hayley and the rest of the team of Leaders, Deansgate, Manchester. I bought a property from them back in October 2015. They helped follow the whole process through from start to finish. They were prompt in responding to my emails and phone calls and nothing was too much trouble. When I had renovated the property I decided to place it back on the market with them. Again, far exceeded my expectations for a sales office and within 24 hours the property had had photos taken, was on display in the shop window and on the major websites such as Zoopla & Rightmove. I had offers coming through pretty much straight away however they didn't quite match what I was expecting. This didn't deter them and within a month I had had an offer over the asking price. The office ensured I was updated along the process and the sale progression team again surpassed any expectation to try and ensure a smooth a process as possible. I would gladly recommend Leaders to any potentials client and I look forward to working with you again in the very near future.

I have been dealing with Leaders for some years now, as my son has a flat in Manchester but living in Australia he has Leaders to manage it. The flat has just been upgraded for a new energy rating and the help that Anna at Leaders has given in getting this done has been second to non and most professional. This was not your average house sale, but Stephen took on the difficult task and got the show on the road single-handedly, as we lived over 100 miles away. Later, when a second buyer was found, there was lots of hand-holding and encouragement from Andrew and his colleagues till the sale was eventually pushed over the line. I have never previously experienced an estate agent being so positive and supportive on our behalf.
