GoogleAwful customer service. Purposefully left photos out of our inventory report and lied numerous times claiming we had taken responsibly for these items. Warning: will try and claw at as much of your deposit as possible.

GoogleI let a flat through Leaders. At the critical time when the tenant was going in, though, I just had to be away. I was very stressed and worried. Leaders were great, though. They arranged for the meters to be read, accounts set up, and a dozen other things, including getting the place heated and a radiator repaired. I am very grateful!

GoogleA lady named shannon has helped me with maintenance issues after many other staff said they would do it but it just never got done! But this lady had it done straight away and was very friendly over the phone and couldn't help enough. Think Leaders are picking themself up again after a slight blip in service.

GoogleI had purchased a flat through another agent. When I arrived on the day of completion I found that the flat was tenanted through Leaders (not their fault, the seller had given false information). Leaders, specifically, Hannah and Claire bent over backwards to rectify the situation at no benefit to themselves. I was really impressed with their hard work and professionalism.
