GoogleI have used Leaders Lettings for over 10 years and when selling my flat recently, I chose to use their sales department. There were many issues with the sale so big thanks to Jack and the rest of the sales team for putting up with my endless calls!

GoogleThe worst agency I ever dealt with. They don’t give two monkeys about you the customer. Horrible customer experience. Stay away and run away without looking back - this will save you money, time and trouble.

GoogleFinancial advisor was very helpful and intersted in my best interest which showed and was really reassuring, giving the best advice. Also a chap called Andrew was kind enough to help me down a couple of miles when I got the address mixed up.

GoogleThey never answer the phone. After I requested a property online, they eventually called me after 2-3 hours. The person calling me said "hello" then immidiately hung up the phone. After that I was unable to reach them again

GoogleConsistently fast and helpful communication, both for sorting out issues when I was a tenant in a managed property, and afterwards for collecting mail accidentally sent to the address. Most of my communication was with the Altrincham branch, but the Manchester branch has been just as good. Highly recommended!

Initially the property in my eyes was not up to standard, but that was down to the Landlord, that's where the Property Management team stepped in, last communication was with Lauren Bovingdon, she made my move on from the flat very easy. Leaders resolved any maintenance issues promptly. I would definitely recommend Leaders in Manchester

GoogleAbsolutely bad - avoid if you can. No matter how you clean your house when you check out, they will say your clean is 'poor condition'. What is worse, it took 2 months for them to refund my deposit after I checked out and called them many times.

GoogleI run a maintenance company which has alot of work provided by Leaders. They are a great company to work with and the staff are always helpful and professional. Rosey and Lauren have especially gone above and beyond working hard to make sure our invoices are paid efficiently.
