I'm a current tenant with leaders and they have the worst customer service ever. It may take weeks for someone to respond to your mail for a critical problem in your house. I don't recommend anyone to deal with them.

I have never seen a customer care service so poor in my life! they don't pick up and even a call back you don't receive and when you want relevant information they cannot even provide! i asked for simple bank details, that i needed urgently and they couldn't provide for days and they don't even seem to care! its really sad to think that i'll be renting with them for the year. i'm actually fuming
