GoogleSo so experience, asks you to search for their stuff on Rightmove instead of dealing with your query themselves. I'm calling because I want to deal with a person. Seems like one of the larger agents so maybe they can afford to fob you off.

GoogleI am regretting that I took the decision to deal with this company Now I know why they are suffering from terrible reviews At the beginning, they were quite good at responding and so on. Once I had my flat and signed in, the services speed and quality changed upside down; poor service, unprofessional resposne and for sure I am disappointed from the dedicated account manager Not recommended!!!!!

GoogleTerrible experience letting through Leaders. They’re allowing our landlord to get away with not fixing issues with the flat and won’t put us in direct contact with him to get this resolved ourselves. All the while happy to take money from us.
