Lewis from Knight Knox has recently helped my son with buying his first property. Due to my sons work hours it was difficult for him to attend a viewing of the property but Lewis travelled from Manchester to Sheffield for a 8am viewing, this was much appreciated by us. He was quick to answer any queries and was kind enough to take a video of the apartment as I was unable to attend the viewing. Lewis recommended a mortgage advisor who has been very helpful and has helped my son navigate the mortgage market. Lewis has been supportive and has made this a easy and stress free journey. Knight Know are agents that should be considered by anyone looking to enter the buy to let market. I have bought 4 properties through this agent and would highly recommend them. The properties available are guaranteed to be those sought after in the rental market. They provide a seamless service from reservation through to completion and thereafter the management of the property once let is again second to none. I recently completed on a buy to let which was reserved off plan some time ago. Unfortunately and unexpectedly the property market was hit by the effects of Covid-19. Mortgages were being denied and surveyors were marking values down. With the unbelievable help which was both professional and highly responsive and the service provided by Suzanne Todd at Knight Knox Salford Quays my purchase was completed even though we hit many obstacles on the way. I cannot praise the service provided by Suzanne Todd highly enough and truly believe that without having her on board I would not have been able to complete my purchase. Be careful you can be scammed

The company sold an off plan scheme with promise to give us 5% on the amount invested up to the time it was built and then a 9% net yield. This is just a scam. I received no interest on the several thousand pounds and moreover the company went into administration and I lost most of it. The lawyers ate up what was left and investors were left high and dry. Please be careful as they sell a dream.

Knight Knox sold me a scam and walked away

Knight Knox sold me a built holiday lodge in a Scottish holiday park. This was advertised as a secure, asset backed investment, with 9% APR and a 5 year buy back. The agent assured me stringent due diligence had been undertaken. This was all lies. I was sold a scheme that our legal team has since determined was fraud. Basic due diligence wasn’t performed. The lodges didn’t exist and even if they did we didn’t own them, despite the term “asset backed” featuring prominently and repeatedly in all Knight Knox marketing material. Once the is became apparent is was a fraud with some £10 million of investor money missing, Knight Knox sole action was to ignore investors saying “talk to the developer” Due to the character limit of this review I can’t outline in detail the number of basic ways Knox Knight failed it clients just be aware this a company devoid of basic ethics and integrity. I'm Australian Bought a Condominium through This English company. Bang Saray beach conduminium. Right from the start not much help along. Condo s were built smaller than the plan. Swimming pool was also smaller. No parking as per the plan. Very big problem. Cost me over 1.1 million Baht. When I called then back re the issues as they promoted it they hung up the phone. I wouldn't recommend them.

Professional and efficient service and a great apartment! I recently completed on an apartment in X1 Media City Tower 2. From my initial enquiry to completion the process was smooth and efficient. Any questions I had were answered quickly and I was kept up-to-date with building progress. I live overseas and during a recent trip to the UK I asked Fortis if they could show me round my just completed apartment. They readily agreed and I was amazed at the furniture and fittings of my apartment as well as the communal facilities in the building, like a fully equipped gym. The location in Media City is excellent, next to Harbour City tram stop. If I could find a job in the area I would happily relocate and live in my lovely apartment. I bought another apartment with Fortis and that should be completed next year. I know it will be a good as the one in X1 Media City Tower 2 and I'll be an extremely happy customer.

Janet McGovern and Suzanne Todd were very supportive throughout the purchase. Janet gave me updates throughout the 3 years of the build. She also helped giving me updates as to intended developments. During the purchase Suzanne Todd was there to guide and support me. Without their help it would have been difficult on a buy to let purchase. Reason being is initially I was in the UK when I purchased the flat but got posted abroad when the development completed, making things slightly tricky.

I would recommend and consider using Knight Knox for any future investments. I was recommended the company through a friend and attended some of the property investor seminars which were very helpul. Very approachable staff with great communication throughout. Initially invested in 2016 however due to the incompetence of Fortis Developments and Signature Living this turned into a nightmare as the completion date was over 2yrs late!
