Despite set back which lead to slight delays from listing to final sale (from our end), they were patient and were able to support us throughout the process. GoogleAmazing initial marketing. After sales service poor. Understand the need to chase solicitors, but not to be extremely rude and do so on 'my behalf' without consultation. Not bothered about where blame lay, more the complete unprofessionally and appalling language used. Very embarrassing and unprofessional. Could not fault marketing of property, hence 3 stars.
I am sorry you feel our service feel below your expectation. Our initial marketing generated over 30 potential buyer leads, multiple offers which ultimately achieved a price of £7500 over your asking price. I do however appreciate following our conversation you were not happy with the after sale service, specifically how we chased your solicitor and blamed him for delays. I have picked this up with the team and will look at how we approach and improve this going forward. GoogleUnfortunately couldn't recommend, no evening viewings, I was told the office closes at 5.30pm and people could have time off work if they wish to view a house. Weekend viewing is booked up 2 weeks in advance. I wouldn't have thought this was useful to vendors or prospective buyers. In a competitive market I would expect better customer service. If I was a manager with this company I would be making changes
Hi Janice, I understand your frustrations regards viewing times, evening slots and weekends are the most popular and do get booked up in advance. The office phone lines are open from 8am to 8pm weekdays and we try and accommodate as many viewings as we can, in most cases we find a suitable solution for all parties. Sometimes the home owners don't want viewings late in the evening and due to the market being so competitive we don't book viewings 2 weeks in advance, as many of the properties sell prior. It has been a long and challenging sale but the team at Hills have been great at keeping us informed, chasing dreadful solicitors and keeping things moving when there have been problems. I have no hesitation in recommending them to sell your home and although I never want to move again after all this, I would definitely use them again if I had to!

GoogleFrom the initial call I made to book a viewing, to getting my moving in date these guys have been quick, friendly and made the whole process very easy. I have used estate agents before and these guys have been the best to date.
