Where do I even begin. I’ve been a tenant in a property managed by Hills Lettings since mid December 2021 - and they’ve left me living without hot water ever since. Their staff find it acceptable to lie about work that is due to be carried out - the mould pictured spreading throughout the dining room was apparently booked to be fixed shortly after I moved in. Given it’s been 5 months that clearly wasn’t the case. The water pressure to the house is too low for the boiler to supply the taps and shower with hot water. They seem to be dragging their feet to implement a solution and I have to wonder what they’re doing all day because this limbo seems to have no end in sight. They email me every month to check I’m paying the rent on a property that is not fit for human habitation. Disgusting.

A fantastic service provided by Ryan at Hills. Efficiently delivered with clear and regular progress updates. The biggest bonus was communication, with queries being dealt with promptly and accurately (often within the hour). If only our solicitors were half as competent! Could not recommend highly enough.
