This is the second property we have sold through Hills Residential and we wouldn't use anyone else. The sale of our recent property has been flawless from start to finish with Charlotte from Hills offering excellent advice and keeping us up to date with the progress of the sale. Excellent value and an excellent service thank you once again.

I recently completed my home move through Hills. Painless and smooth process. Couldn’t recommend more. Holly in particular was great.

Overall great service. However, on the day of getting the keys, the seller hadn't cleared out the house and as she was elderly with no family, we ended up having to move her things and arrange removal of all the furniture. Not the best start to moving in! I know the lady herself found it all very distressing.

Friendly, professional, helpful ... everything that most estate agents are not. Hills Residential buck the trend. We have just gone through one almighty drawn out house sale process but Hills chased and chased our buyers solicitor when we didn't have the energy or inclination at times. To have them in our corner was a real help. Thank you

I recently sold my new property via Hills Residential. The team are professional, friendly and communicated well. Potential property viewings were communicated and once booked in email confirmations were sent out promptly. The process from initial meeting through to completion was handled great by the whole team. Many thanks again. Anthony

Charlotte from the Eccles office was an absolute star from start to finish, we had a lot of ups and down with our move but the only constant positive was Charlotte as she always delivered. Hills as a company are fantastic and i would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Hills sold my house within 10 days of being on the market! Everything was professional from Charlotte coming out to take the photos/explain the process etc up until the completion where Leah kept me updated at all times. Would definitely use again

Hills salford has wasted my time and money for trying to sell a unmortgagble property to me as a first time buyer. They did not offer any compensation for their fault. I DO NOT RECOMMAND THIS AGENCY.

We found using Hills to sell our house a very positive experience. They were always contactable and so supportive, explaining each part of the process. The agent we mainly dealt with was Ryan and he was extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend.

I signed up with hills about Feb the treatment from the swinton office as been terrible yes we have had covid19 no contact From them the manager Chris phoned me once after lots of phone calls every time I ring I get the same answer no one available I have had one view from them my property seems to be the bottom of there list I was given sarah who I am told is furloughed and will be the last to come back . I asked to speak to chris was told he had gone home family business and still waiting for Taylor to get back with feed back I was recommended this company by a friend didn’t realise she wouldn’t be dealing with us to be honest I know staff are back working all very busy. In fact to busy to even give a courtesy call Bad customer service so I would say time to find a company that does care
