Be very careful. They waste your time asking you to fill in a form and then you get the same answer for all properties. That due to high interest viewing is not possible and you can secure the property after looking at the videos. So even a what's app or facetime viewing is never possible. After my review they contacted me and tried to tell me it was not them but another agency supposedly. But the adres is the same. And when I replied to their email to enquire about this they simply ignored me because I had deleted the review.

Hills were amazing! We mainly spoke with Hollie, Mikey, and Ryan, but everyone we spoke to were so friendly and lovely!! They put in so much effort into getting us our new house, and although it unfortunately didn’t work out for us, Hills were great throughout. Very approachable and really felt like they genuinely cared! Would definitely recommend and will 100% be using whenever in the future!

Laura, Keri and Katie in the sales support team are absolute superstars, I can't thank them enough for facilitating our house purchase, which was a very tricky one but they pulled the stops and hassled agents and solicitors up the chain every day to make sure the sale went through - thank you so much for your efforts!! Keri I feel for particularly as she had to break bad news to me when the purchase was being delayed, but calmly dealt with it and presented the facts to me despite me being very emotionally charged :P so thank you for dealing with that, it can't be an easy job when you're dealing with stressed people every day. Had the pleasure of getting the keys off Laura who was so lovely in person too. I would definitely consider Hills in the future should we ever sell our house but for now, we are really happy :) Thank you again ladies!!

Fantastic service! We had a particularly difficult sale (not due to Hills), but they helped us through all the ups and downs of the sale. I had three estate agents visit to give us a valuation and it was clear that Hollie shown good local knowledge and was passionate about our home. It was an easy choice in selecting Hills. We were always kept up to date during the whole process and if things needed dealing with from the buyer or we had any questions Hollie or one of the team would always be available to assist and get a prompt response. EDITING MY INITIAL REVIEW: (Summary; rude and arrogant, fake listings, unhelpful). Hills asked me to provide them with feedback privately, but I thought it'd be great to share it here with any prospective tenants. They have great reviews from landlords and awful reviews from tenants. I totally understand and agree with the later. I saw a property on their website that matched my requirements. I attempted to contact them on the phone and via email several times. When they eventually answered I was passed from person to person - the property manager who dealt with that area didn't seem to be around that week. I managed to speak to someone else who asked me to fill in a form with my details. I emailed it back to the on the same day, only to be ignored for a few days. After some more calls and emails another person advised us that the property was not available for viewings until they current tenant vacated the property. They didn't offer viewings, and they asked us to pay a holding deposit without viewing the house. When questioned about this they argued that "we haven't left the office in years, we have rented all our properties with no viewings" and tried to convince us that is how the housing market works in Manchester. Never in eight years renting in the city have I paid a deposit without viewing a property first, nor is common in the city as they tried to portray. They are arrogant and rude, unprofessional and everything I've seen so far makes me think that listing was a scam. I checked this property recently and is still vacant and has one of their signs on. Avoid these bullies, unless you're willing to pay a few hundred pounds in the hope that the property in the pictures is good enough for you.

Not great, cancelled viewings last minute with little warning. Every time any of the agents have showed us round properties they don't know the answers to any questions about the house. They are simply there to unlock the door & that is it. Even as simple as "what is the EPC?".. the response is "check the advert" . "Is this offers over asking price?" ..."details are on the advert" So what are you here for then?
