The experience i had in dealing with my rental, was above all expectations. From begining to end, dealing with this agent is more of a pleasure. All the hassles a person normaly encounters when dealing with a new rental, are basicaly non-existent. Hills Residential, Letting division provide a full and complete solution, no matter the circumstances, and most of all in more than what people would call a timely manner. From a super proffesional service to a lightning fast completion, i dont think there is anything else a person could desire when dealing with a lettings agent.

Hills have been nothing but brilliant from the start. Communication was excellent during the early stages and as soon as it came to pulling the trigger and getting the house on the market they sprung into action. The pictures taken of the property were fantastic, the brochure on both their website and Rightmove looked great. The strategy we agreed with Ryan worked a treat regards what to market our property at. We went at the lower end of our valuation which led to lots of interest. The viewings were all conducted professionally and we received seven offers in a week, accepting one for £10k over the asking price. Would definitely recommend Hills if you're selling in Salford!

Terrible management company, they have rented me a property with black mould and refuse to send a specialist telling me that it is the tenants responsibility to fix it. We also had a faulty boiler with no cover, meaning we had been breathing in gas the whole time whilst living here. They don’t care about tenants, and offer no help to fix the issues they have caused. Incompetence at its finest.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to Hollie Satterthwaite at Hills Eccles. I have been looking at properties for the last few months online but never done anything but browse the website. My best friend a First Time buyer went t view a property recently and I accompanied him on the viewing. Hollie was the agent who showed us around and she was polite, friendly, honest and just a real refreshing person compared to Estate Agents that I have dealt with in the past. Luckily my friend had his offer accepted after constant updates and communications with Hollie and he could also not have been more complimentary about her! Since then I have decided that the time is right for me to take the plunge in to the BTL market and decided that the only person I wanted to deal with was Hollie. I contacted Hills and asked for Hollie who firstly not only remembered me but could not have been any more helpful with my 100’s of questions. We arranged a viewing and again showed me around with great honesty, opinions and knowledge of the area when needed. I have put my offer in so fingers crossed. Since then I also enquired about Lettings and whilst it is a shame Hollies doesn’t deal with this, she took ownership and followed up with a call from her colleague Rebecca, also very helpful. All I can say is that it is solely down to Hollie for bringing me to Hills and I look forward to a long term relationship with her and Hills. You genuinely have an asset on your hands and no matter what type of buyer you are Hollie will do everything to make sure she can do what she can to help you! I could t ask for any better service and she has changed my opinion on the stereotyped sales focussed Estate Agent. Thanks

Hollie @ Hills - what a superstar! We had a very stressful 2 weeks prior to completion and throughout that time Hollie was really patient and calm (despite me being very, very frustrated). She was really supportive, made sure she communicated with us regularly and importantly just understood how we felt - eventually everything worked out but we would not have got there without Hollie’s support.Hills have been professional and delivered everything they said they would from lots of viewing to securing a great price for our property - 5 !

This is probably one of the worst 'professional' companies I have ever dealt with. After being recommended by a friend, I had high hopes for them. I've struggled since the very beginning with them and their poor attitude towards their paying customers. I'm absolutely baffled by their level of communication, lack of professionalism and poor attitude towards serious matters that have been disclosed to them. They do not respond when emailed, I have been laughed at and patronised by a member of staff and I'm horrified to hear that they've recently won an award! I cannot understand how they are still in business and regret the day I choose to use them to represent me. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

The company is a fraud and rip off. Took £250 saying its for taking property off market. Later they refused the application and never gave the money back. Never was told this money is for application and non refundable. I'll be taking them to court god knows how many people they have ripped off like this. Update from today. The director Mr. Tony calls me and threatens me that if I don't remove this review he will black list me apparenlty.

Halstead avenue Salford - The property they have moved us into is immaculate. The first viewing sold it to us and all our questions were answered on the day. After that it took them only a week to move us in! Very fast turnaround. The relaxed approach they take with tentants puts your mind at ease. They are quick to answer any queries that you have.
