Amazing experience with them, actually sound time talking me though things that were confusing for both sides, rather than rejecting on frist look. We were in an extremely tight spot with viewings and our tenancy ending and I can only praise Kelly-Marie for her open communication and doing everything possible to speed our tenancy application along in order to move us in sooner. Over the past couple of weeks I think I spoke with pretty much all letting agencies in Manchester and my experience with all of them was extremely poor. I dealt with letting agencies before but the ones in Manchester have to be the worst because absolutely no one cares. The demand for properties is so high that they don’t even want to have a conversation with you, they either put the phone down on you or tell you to go for a block viewing and from there on is pretty much down to your lucky star whether you can get a property or not. I have, however, had the pleasure of dealing with Tony at Hills and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. He listened to what I was looking for and my reasons why and he’s made himself available to not only show me around but he also gave me options of other properties that were within my budget and my requirements. Hills are raising the bar for all letting agencies in Manchester and whether you’re looking to rent or buy, I would highly recommend them above anyone else. Thank you!
