GoogleI was let down with a different property the day before I went on Holiday - I called up Bridgfords and spoke to a gent called Daniel Bright. I explained I wasn't in a position to come and view the property which at most agencies is 'necessary'. He allowed me to bipass this step and put in my offer. Within an hour it was accepted and holding deposit was made. I am now ready to move in all within a week. Amazing job Dan. Thanks for all your help!

GoogleTried to view 2 apartments. Apartment 1 they rang literally an hour or so to say that they ‘couldn’t find the keys’ when we were already on our way. Today they didn’t turn up at all. Rang the office and the girl meeting us apparently finished at lunchtime and had left a note to say that the viewing had been cancelled. No one had informed us. All this in one week. Poor.

I was assited by Daniel Bright and he gave me a list of all the properties to choose from and we decided the property got a virtual viewing done and the process was completed within a few days and I am on the referencing stages awaiting my approval. Excellent service and response. Daniel helped me throughout the process and assisted me promptly. Thank you

GoogleI’m a landlord I have one property with Bridgfords. My point of contact “Dan Mooney” is amazing. As I only own one property I’m not very clued up on the ins and outs of being a landlord. Dan always goes up and above what I’d say he needs to help me with whatever queries and issues I may have. He responds to all emails pretty much within the hour, either by phone call or by email. Any problem I’ve ever had he’s resolved the same day. My experience using bridgfords and with Dan have been 10/10. I’d definitely recommend anyone to use bridgfords based on my experience. Thanks X.

GoogleWe are currently involved with a deposite dispute through countrywide. They're in the landlords back pocket. Peter Cleaver told me, that id misunderstood a SAR request and couldn't put one in to access my own information. Even though I have done and it's been completed so a scare tactic to try and settle the matter quickly. Told me I should agree to the landlords side so it can be done "and he can work on other things" Clearly not interested in being fair between landlords and tenants. Will be taking matters further
