GoogleIt was very pleasant that I could talk to Tom since all the process were fast, clear and smooth. They answered nicely, responded very fast (didn't have to wait for more than one day), most of the discussion was done over the phone which I really liked compared to some other agencies that only contact through emails, late. I was looking for one bedroom flat, could do inline viewing first, paid holding fee and now waiting for a real viewing. Overall I can say their customer service is amazing and can recommend to even my frieds!!!

GoogleSave yourself the headache. Weβve been reporting urgent repairs for weeks but nothing is being done. The flat we were told would be mould-free and clean is covered with dirt (yes dirt), mould and dog hair. The flat smells so bad that we donβt even stay in it. The agency and landlord knew about the mould issue and did nothing. The dishwasher, radiator, ventilations and most appliances are simply not working, some are mouldy. Some of the furniture we were told would be included in the flat is missing and some broken/damaged. Completely outrageous. We are paying rent for an apartment we can barely live in. The photos don't even do it justice. Iβve had mould poisoning and severe allergy symptoms because of the dust, dog hair and mould. Still, they just apologise and say they will get back to us, but nothing gets done anyway. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this is a literal nightmare.

GoogleMy friend and I recently put an application in to rent one of the properties with this firm. We were greeted on the phone by Dan. He was incredibly helpful in giving us additional information for the flat, even sending over a video tour via WhatsApp! We then went on to rent the property and he has answered any questions we had along the way. From our experience a very efficient letting agency. Will be going back again if we need to let in the future!

GoogleMyself and my partner have been struggling with finding our first flat together for the last month or so, and then we got in contact with Dan. Dan showed us a flat that ticked every box we were looking for and worked quickly to get us a viewing the same day. At the viewing he was really knowledgeable about the property and really bubbly and friendly, making us feel even happier than we already were about getting the flat. GoogleBridgfords has been the best letting agency by far to deal with. I just recently moved to Manchester from Canada and had many questions regarding the letting process to secure my own flat, and Dan/Izzy at Bridgfords have been a huge help in answering all questions and guiding me through the process. Their honesty has been much appreciated, and they have settled all anxiety/worries. We look forward to wrapping things up here and securing our new place for July!

GoogleReally grateful to Dan Mooneyβs for his help and patience during the letting process. It means a lot in the current crazy lettings market! The process is mainstreamed and online which is great and their willingness to use current tools like WhatsApp and videos helps a lot when you are very busy trying to book and attend so many viewings.

GoogleDaniel Bright assisted us to secure and move into an apartment all in a space of a week. We have just migrated into England, and had a lot of questions about the process and he was available for us the whole time. It also made our settling in easier, as the process progressed way faster than we expected. Would definitely use them again if we ever move or even as a landlord. 5 βοΈ rating .

GoogleWe originally hadnβt planned to use Bridgfords, however the companies we were working with were useless! We walked into their Manchester office and we were met with Daniel. He has been unbelievable in our the coordination of our rental agreement. Very quick response times, and overall incredibly helpful throughout the process. Couldnβt recommend him enough. GoogleI had a few minor issues at the apartment in Warrington and sent over 26 Emails to Bridgfords management company and within 6 months nothing got fixed in my apartment the management and the landlord played mind games with me for the whole 6 months since then I have now reported this matter to the landlord property ombudsman
