GoogleWhen we had an issue with a property management takeover, through no fault of Bridgfords, Joanne and Matt demonstrated their expert knowledge of the industry, incredible tenacity and showed such a commitment to our customer journey, long after we were paying tenants. They were absolutely fantastic, and the whole team really know what they are doing, and will make sure to look after you. I really can't thank them enough for everything they did for us. If you are a tenant of Bridgfords, do not worry - they will make sure everything is sorted, and they remember your name, situation and do so with care and attention. GoogleThey’ve added a flat on Rightmove saying that it’s for a couple and when I called they refused me, saying that it’s for a single person. Please be specific in your descriptions to avoid confusion for potential tenants!

GoogleSignificant incorrect information was adverised with a property sale listing. If this was listed correctly we wouldn't have even viewed the property or offered. Correct information was found with searches; due to this, we had to pull out the sale and incurred over £1k legal costs. Very unhappy, this branch cost me money and caused alot of disappointment.
