I recently moved into a property in Chorlton thanks to seeing it on Rightmove listed with Bridgfords, Chorlton. Amber met me at the property to view it and handled everything professionally and promptly. Bridgfords take a great approach to rentals - not allowing too many viewings and operating a well-managed waiting list if the property is in high demand which I think is really great approach. Amber and her team have looked after us really well and we are now moved in and loving our new place! Thank you.

Lucy and I would like to offer our sincere thanks to Muneer and the team at Bridgfords estate agents in Chorlton. Having viewed a number of properties in the Chorlton area, we were delighted to finally find our dream home and have an offer accepted. We were put at further ease, when we discovered that Muneer would be our key contact at Bridgfords, having met previously at another property. He was knowledgeable, professional, and above all had our best interest / search criteria at heart. Nothing was ever too much and we felt in safe hands. We recently sold our home with Bridgfords Chorlton. Right from the valuation visit Jonathan was positive, friendly and knowledgeable about our house and the area. The brochure looked great, the viewings were well organised and we had accepted a good offer within a week - much quicker than we had dared hope! Extremely unhappy with the standard of work from this agency. The property manager Kostas leaves his tenants in very unsafe conditions and then passes on or ignores issues when they arise. Tenants were left with no hot water during a global pandemic and they were disregarded. Never rent from this company. Rented with Bridgfords Chorlton for about 3 years. Really good communication from the get go. Any issues in the flat (leakage from neighbour above) were taken care of very quickly with repairs being done to a high standard. Ava was a gem in helping us with regards to deposit and overpaid rent when moving out.

Really impressed with Bridgfords in Chorlton, specifically Meeah Johnson. I popped in on a whim after seeing a sign outside a property and Meeah straightaway went out of her way to get me sorted and fit me in for a viewing that same day. She clearly cared about trying to support me in my pursuit to buy a property, through the questions she asked and the service she provided. When viewing the property she was able to provide significant amounts of helpful information and made a note of any questions to ask the vendor, which she quickly got answered and sent back to me. I did not end up purchasing a property with Bridgfords but would highly recommend them after the service Meeah provided me.

Kostas, the property manager, consistently fails his tenants. Hannah and Jessica still cannot have a hot shower after 4 months after being ignored by the agency and receiving low quality repairs. There's been mould in a bedroom, broken radiators, a broken bed and this shower situation is ongoing (in a pandemic, when hygiene is 🔑) 0/10 would not recommend Kostas and Bridgfords to a friend
