They have been absolutely outstanding throughout the entire letting process, and I genuinely could not have asked for a better team to support me. From the very beginning, they showed patience, kindness and professionalism. Even with all the challenges in my situation, they never gave up on me. Instead, they worked incredibly hard behind the scenes, fighting for my application and communicating with the landlord at every stage to make sure I had a fair chance. Their communication was exceptional. Trudy kept me informed every step of the way. She replied quickly, explained everything clearly and reassured me whenever I felt anxious. Simi was so supportive and proactive, making sure all documents were processed correctly and helping me navigate the referencing steps. Harry was extremely kind during the viewing and made me feel completely at ease. They treated me with respect, dignity and genuine care, something that is very rare to find in lettings. This was more than customer service. It was human kindness. Because of them, I now have a safe home for me and my children, and I will always be grateful. I cant say enough about how good Jade was throughout our entire house purchase. We initially did not plan to go with a mortgage broker, but we are incredibly glad we did. Unbearably bad experience. Booked to view a house for sale, advised on booking that I would have to change travel plans to fit it in. Get to the viewing, nobody shows up. Was sent the viewing confirmation email that morning, no call, email, text from Bridgfords, nothing to advise they wouldn't be there. After several of us waiting for said viewing try to call the office, as they didn't inform any of us, I get a call back from someone (apologies, didn't catch her name) who sounded like she was having a right mare, she mentioned a "staffing issue" but she was apologetic and pencilled in a further viewing. Sadie called on the day of new viewing to say she "can't do it as she doesn't have a car". I asked if we could do a specific day as it would work best for us, offers one slot we can't do, says the rest are booked up. I state the experience has been really poor, no communication and confirmation of a viewing they didn't show up to and that I'd appreciate it if they could work to fit us in, her only response is a hostile "well I'm sorry but I don't have a car". Are you allergic to public transport, Sadie? Uber exists too. We also don't have a car, yet we dragged ourselves to Chorlton on public transport to attend the viewing you couldn't be bothered to tell us wasn't happening. They've also called my partner and tried to claim the reason they couldn't do the viewings was the "vendor didn't give them the keys". Well if that was the case, you'd have known you couldn't access the house wouldn't you and could have contacted people to let them know. The attitude problem, lies and lack of any consideration for people who are making one of the biggest decisions of their life is honestly miserable. I've also rented from Bridgfords, who did absolutely nothing to help me when I told them I had to report my housemate to the police due to his concerning behaviour towards women. At this rate, my dream house could be listed with them, and due to how utterly tragic my experience has been with them, I would avoid it like the plague.

I used Bridgfords to sell my property in South Manchester and they were excellent. They were easy to book in for a valuation and when they came it was well researched and really informative. I felt they had taken great care to give me the best advise possible. Additionally, the fees they offered were competitive as I had multiple estate agents discuss the sale with me. From there they continued the great service. Meeah in the sales team handled everything with the buyer and solicitors and made it really easy. There were some challenging times in the sale and purchase, so the support was really appreciated. I would highly recommend Bridgfords Chorlton to anyone looking to sell their home!

I had been trying to find a property to rent since last year and found one with Bridgfords last November it was our dream home and perfect went to view a lovely guy called Jamie Tilston showed us around and we fell in love Jamie made us feel so welcome and went through everything perfectly but unfortunately after wanting to put a bid in the owner decided to sell we were back to square one I searched around for months until I got a call from Bridgfords saying the house is back on the market this was in beginning of March this year and Jamie and trudy thought of me and rang me straight away and asked was I still interested the house was meant for us and we said yes Jamie went through everything from start to finish and handed our keys over and can’t thank him enough and the team and Bridgfords hats off to Jamie also trudie who have been there from the start fantastic customer service and I wish Jamie a happy and bright future all the best and once again thank you so much

I have used Bridgfords Chorlton Lettings for many years as a landlord. They have recently handled a new tenancy agreement for me (Feb 2024).
