I have just moved into a house in the Chrolton area with 2 housemates using Bridgfords. The service we received was attentive, friendly and readily available from the very start of the process. During the initial viewing, Ellie was very helpful in showing me round the house, clearly very organised and professional. Our offer was accepted and despite some issues from the separate referencing agency they used regarding communication, we were able secure the house and move in. During this process, Trudie proved to be an excellent asset to us regarding the referencing process, tenancy agreement and moving in, we cannot recommend her enough! Overall, comparing my experience with Bridgfords, Ellie and Trudie with other estate agents in the area, I would direct anyone who is looking in the Chorlton area for a property to their office.

I've recently secured a flat to rent through Bridgfords, Chorlton. I knew it was a busy time in the year to be looking in MCR's crowded housing market, but I definitely underestimated how hard it would be to find somewhere on a short-term basis. Ellie and Trudie were the first estate agents who took the time to understand my needs / situation. They have been efficient, helpful, and kind. Ellie, in particular, has been a breath of fresh air to deal with - it sounds like she really enjoys her job!

Appreciate the top support i have had as a landlord from Charlotte and Trudie in supporting my letting. They have always been prompt, polite, accommodating and tried answering additional questions of mine. They both worked well to help ensure i get the best possible price and right type of tenant for me. Have had great service from Bridgfords’s over the years but that has just been surpassed by Trudie who successfully negotiated a potentially awkward situation with a tenant in breach of the agreement, ensuring they left the property quickly and in good order. She then remarketed the property and had it let the same day at a higher rent. Was kept informed the whole way through the process. Very impressed at how she has handled this.

Meeah was a fabulous and tenacious estate agent. I had a lot of issues with my solicitor and the seller’s solicitor, at times it felt like I was banging my head against the wall. As a professional landlord renting multiple properties in the area, I have to say that my experience of rental agents over decades was not the most favorable and I avoided them. All that changed when I discovered Bridgefords ´lettings manager Ava Babakhani who always was and still is so helpful and knowledgeable, especially with all the complex regulations and negotiations that landlords need understand these days. She is incredibly busy it is clear to see that the service she gives has an ingredient that is rare these days; focused customer care...she listens to you and does her homework and everthing she can for you. We purchased our first property through Bridgfords in Chorlton. The buying process ended up being quite protracted (through no fault of the agents). Through what was an incredibly difficult and stressful time, the team at Bridgfords were responsive and compassionate, going out of their way to keep us informed and to advocate on our behalf. We must give a special mention to John and Muneer, whose dedicated and empathetic approach to our sale helped us navigate the more difficult elements of our purchase, and we felt confident that our needs and best interests were always taken into consideration. Sale of flat: I put my flat up for sale with Bridgefords in Chorlton. The flat sold almost immediately. There were delays caused by the buyers solicitors, but John made it a bit easier, doing his upmost to try and move it along. We recently bought a property that Bridgefords Chorlton were marketing ie we were not their client and weren’t paying them a fee (the seller were). We dealt with Muneer who was responsive, knowledgeable and proactive every step of the way, in what was an extremely stressful and delicate process (people in the chain threatening to pull out and setting unrealistic deadlines).
