I would like to start by saying I had absolutely no confidence nor any expectations when it came to estate agents, until now. The Bridfords Chorlton team are a totally different animal. From the moment I met Jonny when negotiating my apartment sale, through the entire process with viewings, admin and doing absolutely everything they could to help to bring the sale to a conclusion. All of this was outstanding service with the upmost professionalism but also being normal human beings! Very down to earth and genuine people. Incredibly disappointed in the service. There was a faulty boiler upon moving in, which meant no hot water in taps to wash hands with, or to shower with in the bathroom. How can a letting agency leave their clients without hot/warm water during a pandemic? When the old boiler was replaced, it became apparent that it had a missing dispense pipe - this is against building regulations. The absence of a dispense pipe meant the flat had a chance of being flooded, which is completely unacceptable. Kostas, the property manager, has failed his tenants time and time again on a string of essential maintenance issues. Would not recommend to anybody.

I do not recommend this letting agents. Property manager Kostas has been treating their tenants appallingly. There’s been a number of problems with the flat that are not only unpleasant to live with, but downright dangerous. The boiler on arrival was faulty and found to be liable to flooding the flat, and the tenants couldn’t even use hot water to do the washing up. The tenants have been unable to have a hot shower for months now - not okay at all at any time but this is a pandemic and it is more important than ever people are able to get clean. The property even has mould in the bedroom! When they bother to send someone round to address the issues, they do cheap, poor quality and insufficient repairs. Kostas frequently dismisses and ignores complaints about the flat, leaving the tenants in constant unacceptable conditions.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Not one to leave a review but credit given where due. House purchase on Springbridge Road 2020. Michael Dodd and Jonathan Cartwright were very helpful. Michael Dodd especially was very good at chasing the vendor and their solicitors to provide information on queries for the conveyancing solicitor to help the transaction run smooth. Michael handled the sale efficiently and I found him to be honest, reliable and always returning my calls within a short period of time. I would highly recommend Michael at Bridgefords. He was very reassuring and made through good communication a a stressful experience a very pleasant experience . Highly recommended.

A massive thank you to the Bridgfords team for helping us sell my grans home in Chorlton! I personally used a Countrywide agent local to me when selling my property and received a great experience, therefore I knew we should contact Countrywide’s local brand which was these guys and glad we did after a few of the other local agents approach to this delicate sale of the house wasn’t very personal from the initial valuation stage. These guys in Chortlon were execellent and the communication skills were second to none, we were updated throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone buying or selling a property.

We have just bought a house in Chorlton that was being sold by Bridgfords. We found them to be extremely helpful- and in particular Muneer Arifeen who was the very friendly member of staff we dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble for him and on many occasions he went above and beyond the call of duty, making what could have been a very stressful transaction less so. He was always available to talk to and every request was met with a solution- or a "leave it with me, I'll see what I can do". Highly recomended!
