Kostas, the property manager, consistently fails his tenants. Hannah and Jessica still cannot have a hot shower after 4 months after being ignored by the agency and receiving low quality repairs. There's been mould in a bedroom, broken radiators, a broken bed and this shower situation is ongoing (in a pandemic, when hygiene is 🔑) 0/10 would not recommend Kostas and Bridgfords to a friend

My second time dealing with Bridgefords and I have to say that I am absolutely over the moon with the service second time round. Trudy, Jamie and Ellie are an absolute credit to Bridgefords as they explained everything step-by-step nothing was too much trouble. They kept me well informed with all the viewings and did all diligence correctly. They always replied to my phone calls within 30 minutes. Furthermore, when I popped into the office unannounced, no always more than welcome to help. I will be using Bridgefords again for future property, purchases and rentals, and I would also recommend them to my family and friends. I would strongly recommend to anybody that's looking to rent or sell a property to pop in and see the team. As they will be more than obliged to help you from start to finish. They put a lot of pressure on you to use their own mortgage advisor, and essentially say that they will take the property off the market if you use their advisor. The asvisor is ridiculously expensive, and as far as I’m concerned has an interest in the estate agent side, so cannot give you independent advice on the purchase (he was literally offering to show me other properties being sold by Bridgfords). I’ve seen articles about estate agents pressuring buyers to pay for in house services, and I was disappointed that Bridgfords did this.

This has been my first experience with Bridgefords and the complete experience has been very pleasing. I was in direct connect with Ellie Walsh who was handling the letting process for me. She has been in constant connect over email and phone calls to make sure we are able to get the most accurate information and clear instructions on the next steps to get the processes completed. The whole process has been pretty simple to get through and well laid out. In a dog eat dog world of tenancy and soaring prices, this was rather a more positive and secured experience. Would recommend connecting with Ellie for sure!

Had a viewing today for 3:45pm and the lettings agent called at 2:34pm to advise that they were arriving at the property in a few minutes and to confirm if we’d be in attendance. My husband let him know that our viewing was for 3:45pm but he insisted that as he was already in the area, he would only be available until 3:05pm at the latest. We wouldn’t have been able to make it in time as we live over 30 mins away from the property. That being said our viewing was for 3:45pm and we’d planned our day around that. The agent kept saying he wouldn’t wait around for over 40 mins at a property and he was the only one working due to unforeseen circumstances. He didn’t want to have to travel back and forth between the office and property which is understandable but how does that concern us? Why book a viewing on a bank holiday with insufficient cover? We had booked in this viewing days in advance so it would have been courteous to make us aware as soon as there was a cover issue. He wasn’t being understanding at all and wanted us to bend over backwards at his convenience. After a bit of back and forth he stated that the viewing would have to be rescheduled for another time. Unfortunately that doesn’t work for us and we asked to cancel altogether. Extremely unprofessional with a very poor attitude. A shame as we liked the property
