I haven't been able to view the property in person but she was happy to answer any of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the building. She kept me informed every step of the way and was patient and understanding when I had to self isolate and didn't have access to a scanner for a few days.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI was stupid enough to trust this company with one of my properties. The tenant stopped paying the rent. They did nothing to help. He trashed the apartment. They did nothing to help. When he left they never returned my deposit. Avoid this company.

GoogleOur experience with Bridgfords didsbury has been the least stressful part of our move. Harriet was really personable when initially showing me round the house. She had all the answers (or was willing to find them) to my questions. Louise has been great, really efficient and super on top of everything we needed to do to get moved in. Even the little welcome pack we got added to our move. Our experience so far gives us confidence in Bridgfords, definitely the best estate agents we’ve had, by far. Thank you for all your help!

The Property management company in Manchester is an absolute disgrace and very unprofessional.I have serious issues with my apartment for the last 4 weeks and nothing has been done I’ve sent over 10 emails to the property manager and getting fobbed off by Bridgfords and the Landlord That’s the trouble with Landlords good enough to take my money but when it comes to maintaining issue they simply ignore you.I’ve now forwarded all my emails to a property ombudsman

Bridgfords Gosforth - categorically the worst letting agents I have ever dealt with. They were very efficient at getting credit checks completed and the rent and deposit organised. After that though the service was appalllng. We picked up they keys a few days before we moved in and noticed a wash basin in the ensuite was smashed, and the premises was generally dirty (not mentioned on the inventory). Rang and advised - and said they could access the property to repair if necessary. It was not repaired when I moved in and I was advised this was because I needed to report through their portal. In the first week I had to report repairs - washing machine not plumbed in, broken toilet seats, kitchen cupboards so dilapidated the drawers fell out when opened, gas fire not working, thermostats missing/broken on radiators, ventilation fans not working plus the smashed basin. It took them 7 weeks to get some of the repairs done, the remainder were outstanding when I left 6 months later. I chased and chased but just got told they aren't priority repairs (repairs on white goods are supposed to be prioritised). Once I handed my notice in they were super efficient at arranging viewings to get some other poor fool to pay £850 to live in a cold badly maintained property.Although I have seen a copy of the check out report which mentioned lots of issues, all of which predated my tenancy, I have never had confirmation that the Land Lord is happy ( They brow beat me into taking a zero deposit arrangement which was very expensive so I don't have a deposit to come back) All in all swift to take your money slow to respond to issues and communications demonstrate how little they care about their tenants. I cannot recommend highly enough that you avoid this business like the plague.

I deal personally with Natalie Bray and continue to find her extremely conscientious, always on hand to help with any problems or advice and very knowledgeable. Natalie always responds quickly and efficiently to any queries that arise and is always pleasant and approachable . I would recommend Natalie to anybody looking to use Property Management services.
