GoogleRecently started renting a property with Bridgfords and they have been amazing! Elisha in particular has been an incredible lettings agent, such a lovely person and really helpful with everything. There has been great communication during the whole renting process and I feel really looked after as a new tenant. I would really recommend Bridgfords Didsbury to anyone!

GoogleLisa was great throughout my home buying experience. Kept emails/calls to only the important things and got in contact with solicitors to make sure things were moving along nicely when needed. Everyone else in the office seemed very friendly and helpful too. I even got a little moving in basket, which was a lovely touch!

I didn't needed to ask for anything or look for any other agent for different properties. GoogleWe are so impressed with Lisa and Simon at Bridgefords. When dealing with difficulties in the buying (bad solicitors) they were absolutely brilliant and always on top of things. Lisa is an absolute ray of sunshine, always positive and helpful! She is quick to answer questions and always encouraged us when we spoke. We always felt that we were in very capable hands and we are very aware of the gift she was in the whole process. If you want someone to help you sell or buy a house who is brilliant at their job, looks after you in the process and is a delight to work with, especially when things are stressful, then look no further than these guys!

Throughout there were various complications with the purchase including poor communication from solicitors. Lisa kept up communication between myself and the vendor at all times which was really helpful in the purchase, thanks to this the matter was closed as soon as possible. GoogleI would just like to say that Lisa Millward is an absolute star with the patience of a saint. She was always available to help us whether it was more information on the property we were buying or providing help with pushing along the sale of the property (The vendor was just really difficult). Started the journey of selling my flat with Bridgfords well, great listing, quickly found a buyer, then Bridgfords conveyancing service took over and was incompetent at every turn. 6 months on from accepting an offer I’ve had to end the sale as my mental health couldn’t handle anymore of the misleading, lies and gaslighting from their conveyancers. Was so bad even the branch staff said they were embarrassed at how bad it was.

If I could put 0 I would. My cousin gave notice that he was giving up the flat due to family and health issues. Before he was able to remove his things (within a week) they have taken his belonging and given only some clothing back. They have stolen a family air loom watch (Rolex) , cash that was for Christmas, not given back any expensive trainers .. they have drip fed some things back since like the tvs and yet to receive the Xbox, they have photos of his stuff on their report which they haven’t given back. They are not to be trusted . They are proceeding to trade non ethically and illegally. Reports to police have been made. They prey on vulnerable people
