Welcome to an independently-run, independently-minded estate and lettings agency. Ascend was founded on the belief that estate agents could do a lot better. We’d been working in the industry for a long time and were frustrated that most agencies were just so ordinary. Like their houses, these places were in need of a new lick of paint. Bit of rising damp in the basement too. So we decided to build our own home. This new home wasn’t made of sticks or straw. It was founded on a deep-rooted, decade-long knowledge of Manchester, from the very bricks and mortar of the city centre to its outer reaches. By a team of savvy individuals who loved the city and loved helping people invest, move and live in it. A team of quick thinkers and good listeners who did that rare thing: treat customers like people instead of transactions. Because they knew great service wasn’t just about experience and expertise. We had one philosophy: to keep the promises we made. Then we opened the doors. Welcome to Ascend. We’re built on higher standards.

GoogleMy daughter rented with these people when she was studying. They are terrible. They do not care for the well-being of the tenant. They only care for money. They do not answer the calls or e-mails. They promise they will repair any problems but they don't. They provide no service.

GoogleWhen arranging a viewing with Ascend Properties they were very punctual and replied to emails very quickly. The estate agent was able to answer all our questions regarding the property and local area. He made us feel reassured about the property, and when we agreed to take it the application process was very easy. Overall very happy with the service!

GoogleGood experience so far with Ascend Properties. They're prompt at replying to emails and have been happy to help and try and answer our queries. Only slight downside was that the details about the property online weren't correct; something we discovered when we viewed it. But hasn't proved too much of an issue as we'll be moving in shortly!

Hi, properties get taken all day, everyday & unfortunately other clients then get cancelled. If you secure a property, the likelihood is that someone else is then cancelled because you secured it. If you wish to discuss, please give us a call on 0161 637 8336.

GoogleThe agent's name was Ashley. He is a very professional and responsible agent. He explained everything clearly so we are very comfortable with this experience. All of the concerns are sorted. To be honest, we have been through loads of bad situations because of the irresponsible agents. But we are all very happy this time. Excellent service!!

GoogleHonestly if I could give less then 1 star I would. Had the worst experience with them and would highly recommend avoiding them at all cost. They ignore emails, avoid answering questions and you just get batted about between people who don't know what they are doing.

GoogleAbsolutely atrocious customer service when you are a living tenant.. all great in the beginning until you need something as a tenant.

GoogleGreat company to rent with, the staff in the office are really helpful and reassuring if you have any worries or concerns. The viewing team are great. I got a call back the next day with full, detailed answers to my questions not just a yes/no which was really helpful. Would recommend them.

Ascend put your mind at ease that any issues you may have with the flat such as a the boiler breaking or anything else that you might need help with will be sorted ASAP. They were also very helpful with the moving in process. I would highly recommend them. Adam Stephen especially is very helpful.

GoogleFalse advertisement, how they can use one set of photos for a number of houses is beyond me.
Thank you for your feedback. On occasions when marketing multiple units with the same footprint, we use stock/show home images - this is clearly displayed on the property advertisement and we disagree that this is false advertising.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
