GoogleHayley Portlock is an absolute superstar!!! She managed to sort out in a matter of hours what the landlord was dragging his feet on for weeks! During the months into the country wide Covid-19 lock down situation I went almost 4 weeks without a working fridge freezer and had to go out day to day to buy food for every meal time. Weeks went by and after endless emails trying to get the situation sorted (i.e. countless back and forth emails between me, another reeds rain employee and the landlord), the landlord seemed to have shown no care or concern for the urgency and need of a functioning fridge freezer during a global pandemic! On Hayley's first day back to work from her furlough she not only called me immediately to show concern to what I was going through having been left without a functioning fridge freezer for so long during the pandemic crisis, but she also made my situation her priority and went above and beyond her call of duty by asking her own partner to sort out the fridge freezer. Her partner came round within mere couple of hours and not only sorted out the replacement fridge but also took the old broken one downstairs for disposal which he wasn't paid to do. Thank you so so much again for your great service Hayley. Please also extend my many thanks to your partner also for stepping in and coming round so quickly. You're both absolute Ledges and have restored my faith in common human decency and care first above the landlord's apparent lack of care and heartlessness!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleOne of the worst Estate Agents I’ve come across . I had booked a viewing for an apartment in Manchester and had driven over an hour and die to road works the agent Jodie , refused to even seem me within the 15 minute viewing slot that was booked .Her only excuse was she had to go for another viewing , even though all I needed was a few minutes to see the place . No regards for my time or expense driving all the way there to Salford and back . Useless !

Jodie works at our Salford Quays office (rather than Manchester) but I've spoken to her about this incident, she has advised when she called you advised you would arrive beyond the end of the 15 minute viewing slot you had booked. The market remains very busy and therefore our negotiators diaries are full, if Jodie had waited longer she would have been late for her next appointment at a different location. GoogleI first enquired about a property 7 years ago, and that’s how long I’ve been in my apartment, Joe Taylor in particular has always been really helpful with anything I needed, he was always professional, with a very fun and bubbly person to make you feel at ease. After 7 years I contacted him, regarding moving out, and even after 7 years he remembered me perfectly. Even though he’s now switched departments, he still helped me with my enquiry. GoogleHave been renting in Manchester for several years now, and out of all the estate agents I’ve used they’ve been the most helpful. Incredibly tentative when finding flats suitable for my new puppy, and making sure that it was just right for us. Were always on the end of the phone when we needed them, and despite a few problems on our end regarding references they were patient and always there to help. 5 stars really isn’t enough! Massive shout out to Ryan Wood for helping us and for the love he showed our little puppy!

GoogleAfter almost a year of trying to find a place in Manchester City centre, I had dealt with everything from unreliable estate agents, rude sellers and sales falling through after months of waiting. Needless to say I was not very hopeful when I started the process of buying yet another flat and as first time buyer, I was also quite impatient and knew nothing about the process. However, this time the sale was managed through Reeds Rain, and already from the viewing you could tell they are estate agents of a compeletely different caliber. The have delivered a personal, organised and one-of-a-kind service, with frequent updates, and they reply to emails and enquiries faster than a fat kid eats a cookie. I also chose to use their conveyancing services, which worked excellently - you can tell they communicate well. I have to give a special mention to Shak, who has dealt with my first-time buyer anxiety in the most brilliant way, and remained inhumanly professional, even when I emailed/called him at 8 in the morning with complicated questions about paperwork and survey results. You’re the real MVP. All in all, I’m recommending 10/10. Big thanks to all of you!

GoogleI have had a fantastic experience with Reeds Raines over the past few weeks. They have answered all the questions i’ve had and have been very patient and informative with me. Ryan and Catherine inparticular have been a God sent! Following up with me after I picked up the keys to my new house, and when I had a little problem with the house, Ryan was quick to find a solution to help me out. The whole process from applying for the house to getting the keys was a smooth process. Im very happy with the outcome and 100% reccommend Reeds Raines.

They found me excellent tenants who always paid on time and never gave me any problems. They also found me quality cash buyers for my Manchester property for a sale price over and above what I initially asked for. I highly recommend their service. GooglePoor quality on management property, just looking for your monthly payment, I did had really bad experience with them. It might work well with others. No commitment. No responsibility. Using ripped off construction for repairing of rental house. No respond. Charges for new tenant with current tenant £120. The worse of worse IF YOU WANT TO LEAVE AFTER YOUR AGREEMENT YOU WOULD CHARGED£936. Which really made me made . Not recomended at all and going with local estate agents.

I know during your time of management with Reeds Rains we had addressed your complaint over a contractor to which we have responded to in March 2020 and had considered the matter as closed however should you want to discuss this further with me I am more than happy to speak with you surrounding this. As you agreed to renew the tenancy through us and as per the terms and conditions there is a renewal fee payable. Likewise should you wish to cease management with Reeds Rains during a tenancy (and the tenant stays in situ) there is a fee. Both of these are clearly outlined in our terms which you signed prior to the tenancy commencing.
