GoogleUseless is an understatement. Totally inept until they want £120.00 to resign the same contract with a "slight" rent increase every year. Incredibly inefficient, slow and unable to organise anything. When we first started the contract it took over 3 months to fix broken appliances to a sub standard quality. Even now trying to organise things to get fixed is a sluggish nightmare. Not looking forward to the deposit lynching we will get when we leave the property.

I didn’t even need to ask many questions as she already had information on the property ready, and questions I did have she was able to provide the answers, she offered great advice on what the next steps would be which as a first time buyer I greatly appreciated. GoogleThey are the worst, no response from their side after so many calls and emails, even after my enquiry right on the day of advertisement of the property, they didn't reply back after my emails and so many calls, and then on one of my call , replied that the viewings are already done now. What a pathetic people they are.

GoogleJennifer is impressively professional, efficient and friendly. She acted quickly to get our flat on the market and, based on deep knowledge of the local market, priced it well. Viewings came rapidly and were managed in blocs, so that a "buzz" was created and offers followed immediately. A sale was agreed, within a week, at above asking price. Totally professional - and at a competitive rate!

GooglePoor customer service, incompetent reps and unreliable viewing apointments. Spoke with a rep named Libby Rycroft to book a viewing, she booked a different time than the one agreed over the phone. Followed up couple days later with a rep named James Edison who then informed us that the viewing was not available without prior notice with an indifferent attitude.
