Unprofessional and unhelpful staff. We loved the property we inquired about, but the listing was not transparent hence why I think such a beauty property is still not rented yet and has even been reduced. There is no parking and it is unfurnished, though the listing will not state this. When called to ask, two agents could not point out to the written bit where it says it is unfurnished or furnished, with one condescending agent hanging up the phone.

They have been fantastic! From the first time viewing the house with Francesca to the next few visits to the house or the phone calls. Francesca was always really helpful and approachable Same with Laura Croft. It has been a really lengthy process (due to the solicitors) but Laura was always keeping me informed and adding pressure on the other side to get things done. One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a letting agency. I went into the office, and the agent sitting directly in front of me didn’t greet us or ask how he could help. I had to approach him myself and explain that I was looking to rent a property. Instead of offering assistance, he simply asked which area I wanted and told me to decide. When I asked if he could recommend any properties within my budget, he seemed completely uninterested and came across as dismissive. His attitude was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. As international students, we felt that we were treated differently. I can’t say why that was, but the experience left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I don’t understand why someone with such poor customer service would be representing the agency. Then i left.

Have used RR to let and manage my rental property for over 7 years and dealt with lots of different Property Managers over the years. There were the occasional missed emailed but we are all human and things get missed..so we dealt with it and moved on. Lucy is my latest and current Property Manager. She has been super helpful and friendly since our first communication. Over the last few months she helped me with notice, negotiate end dates and gave advice on various different things to do with the tenancy. I'm also grateful that she was the one who helped me with the check out process and deposit queries from the opposite side. She's truly a valuable asset to the team. Our relationship is coming to an end as i have decided to put the property on the market for sale. I am grateful for all she has done ✔️.

I had the worst experience renting 1102 Jefferson Place. When I arrived, the flat was filthy, filled with personal belongings from the previous tenant (including condoms, batteries and incontinence pads), and had badly damaged furniture. I moved on a Saturday afternoon, and couldn’t contact anyone so deep cleaned myself - when I did get in touch, they told me I should have waited to move in. I had hired a moving van, taken time off work and arranged for help, so that wouldn’t have been possible. Eventually they gave me a £50 one off rent reduction for 3 days of cleaning. It took 6 weeks to get blinds fixed, the bath resealed and all the belongings removed. Included pictures of the state of the place. The communication was awful, nothing got fixed unless I emailed repeatedly, and all they would say is that “the landlord needs to approved anything”. Also GDPR issues, at one point I was accidentally forwarded an email chain between my property manager and landlord. Now it’s been 3 weeks since I moved out, and I still can’t get confirmation of my deposit return, same story as usual that my landlord won’t reply and they can’t do anything. I’m having to open a dispute to get any movement. Maybe other properties are better, but this one was appalling. Looks like it’s still available, best of luck to the next tenant.
