GoogleThe consultant of this property agency seems not professional . I am planning to buy a proptery and I booked one of the viewing. When I met one of their consultant in the property, her attitude was not good. She didnt introduce herself so I dont know what's her name. In the whole viewing, she did not tell me anything about the property and just kept slient. And I asked her something about the property, she just told me she did not know. This was very unprofessional. Blacklist!

GoogleI rented my first ever apartment with Reeds rains and I couldn’t be happier with the services I was provided. The team was so patient, supportive and understanding with all questions and requests I had throughout my stay at one of their properties, from the first moment that I contacted them in the viewings stage to the moment I received my deposit in the end of my tenancy they have been nothing but exceptional. I am very happy with the amazing service I was provided and I really recommend their services, the agents were unbelievable nice, friendly and helpful specially Danny wills, who helped me until the last second and answered all my many emails with clear and great responses, many thanks and keep up the good work.

GoogleUnprofessional and unresponsive. I rented a property managed by this agency and had constant issues with the apartment, none of which were addressed. I asked for repairs, compensation, or at least some communication, but received nothing. Terrible service.

GoogleUpdating my original comment : 17-04-2023: They have compensated on the cost of cleaning based on the gaps identified, which is good step. Images mismatch with check in and check out report. 14-04-2023: i have sent an email to the email address provided below, regarding check in and check out pictures there is a big mis match , as in check out photos, your agent has taken in zoomed in pictures where there is no such picture in the check in report, where as during checkin property was not cleaned professionally, it has dirty contents like sofa, carpet, oven etc , i had to remove all of those with landlord/reed rain consent, your staff is really unprofessional as they didn't had report on what was removed, luckily i had the emails stored with me so i used those as a proof, otherwise you would have charged for those as well.

GoogleVery disappointing experience. The agency failed to provide basic maintenance despite several requests. I reported multiple issues that were never fixed, and I was completely ignored. Would not recommend renting through them.
