Estate Agents in 2009 as a one-man band operating from a small office in Droitwich Spa. FacebookWe sold with Nicol & Co, and Our exchange of our house was really stressful (not through Nicol & Co’s fault) but Leanne worked so hard to make it happen for us. She was great at keeping in touch and communicating with us, and was great at getting the rest of the chain moving and finding out what was happening. Although we didn’t end up buying with Nicol & Co, Dan was amazing at helping us identify potential properties, even before they went live. Thankyou

FacebookBrilliant service throughout especially when selling my property during the COVID-19 pandemic. I decided to put my house on the market with Nicol & Co in January and by mid March we had accepted an offer, unfortunately due to a change in circumstances we lost a link in our chain and decided to not re-market straight away but wait to see if we could complete the chain again. After a few weeks of discussions with our purchaser it became apparent through no fault of them that we had no chain and we decided to back on the market.Within a week Nicol & Co had found us another buyer with no chain and booked a viewing pretty much straight away. On the same day of the viewing we also accepted the offer and within a matter of weeks are now enjoying our new home which we couldn’t have done without them.I’d also like to take the opportunity to make a special mention to Coral, Dan & Evie for working extremely hard for us during this difficult time and getting the result we wanted. Would have absolutely no hesitation in using Nicol & Co Estate Agents again.

The whole process was made so easy by the team from Robyn doing our viewings back in January to Evie ensuring everything was progressing and running smoothly. There was always someone at the end of the phone to help in whatever way we needed and in the final week Evie kept us totally updated on everything happening especially in such uncertain times! GoogleNicols estate agents were excellent in all aspects from the word go! From meeting Erica and her vast knowledge helped us to market our property,with great photos!,then Ellie who took care of our viewings and always gave feedback each time. When our property sold ,which didnt take very long!, we then had Hannah,sales progressor,she kept us well informed at all times,even helping with our onward purchase. We are now looking forward to moving into our new home. If we were going to recommend an estate agent I would 100% say to give them a call!!!

FacebookThe service provided by Nicol & Co was excellent. From initial meetings with Zoe, it took just over a week to get the house photographed and on the market. We had an asking price offer less than 24 hours after the advert going live and finally sold the house for £10k over asking price. The support and communication from Zoe and the team during the sale was brilliant. Once the offer had been formally accepted, Leanne took over and worked her magic, driving through the sale and keeping us updated. I really appreciated the support from Leanne, chasing solicitors and buyers further down our chain, she really deserves a medal for her efforts I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

GoogleI was extremely impressed by the service given by the Malvern office. Initially Erica and then Hannah both worked their socks off to make the process happen and reduce the stress for me. Coral was brilliant in getting us and the house ready for market, then the whole team worked together to get a sale agreed within 4 days of it being on the market and then Jess worked incredibly hard to push it through to completion! FacebookGreat service from Nicol &co . Special thanks to Leanne who was instrumental in pushing through the sale. It took 4 months to complete the sale on our empty flat mainly thanks to our conveyances Avrillo who were pretty useless. Communication was non existent. You had to book when you could call them and then they couldn’t take the call. If it wasn’t for Leanne who communicated with the vendors solicitor we would still be at it now!Nicol & co always professional and nothing to much trouble. Strongly recommend!

FacebookNicol & Co, and in particular Leanne, have been outstanding throughout the process of my purchase. They weren’t even my estate agent and yet they still kept me informed almost every day. We had a few close calls in our chain when things could’ve fallen through, and I felt that Leanne fought harder than all the other professionals I dealt with. I heard more from her than my own estate agent and solicitor put together. Excellent service and if I ever need an estate agent in the future, I’ll be using Nicol & Co.

She explained everything clearly and even helped with our onwards purchase with a different estate agents, as well as dealing with solicitors extremely well. FacebookAt the beginning of the year my partner and I were considering putting our house up for sale - we did what everyone tells you not to and fell in love with another house before ours had even been put on screen!We called Nicol & Co and asked them to come round to carry out a valuation, within 24 hours Matt Bennett was on our door step ready to get the ball rolling. Less than a week later our house was on the market, online, with viewings booked in. Matt couldn't have been more helpful, he was honest about what would and wouldn't improve our chances for a quick sale - all of which was completely right! And within a day of it being on with Nicol & Co it was sold. Great first offer, that we accepted and now we live in our dream home!I couldn't be more grateful to Matt Bennett and his colleagues. No doubt about it, I wouldn't use any other estate agent again

FacebookMy partner and I have had the worst experience with these Charlatans. They are dishonest, never reply back in time, do not do what they say. They are shoddy and a bloody joke! They forgot to mention before we moved in we couldn’t hang our washing out and we ended up being harassed and abused by other tenants for doing this. We asked for a Meter reading ASAP and still haven’t had one. And the list could go on. My family rent out two houses and if their agents were half as bad as these guys they’d have fired them already! The whole team who dealt with our rental at Powick Mills were useless! The lady who showed us around the house was fab and it stopped there! We Had to wait months for reply’s back and had to chase it up. Lights and fixtures were never changed as promised in the space of 7 Months! This is not even to mention that we were promised a week before we moved in the whole place would be completely cleaned and painted which it wasn’t so we had to ask and fight for that to be done which I believe was completed a day before. We heard such good things about Nicol and co but we have been totally let down. We had a customer care call, to which we told them all of this and nothing ever happened and no one ever came back to us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS EVEN OUR LANDLORD IS SELLING WITH ANOTHER AGENCY!

FacebookVery impressed from the buyers side. Coral was great throughout. Coral balanced the expectations of both the buyer and seller very well. Very pleasant and polite all the time - a refreshing experience with an estate agent. The gift box on moving in was a nice touch too.Hopefully we will not need to sell for a long time but will not hesitate to sell with or recommend to friends or family.

FacebookWe first met Dominique on Good Friday and we sold and bought a day and a half later, on Easter Sunday. What other estate agents are available to take calls on a bank holiday? none that I am aware of and this is why we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nicol & Co. Leanne then took over and made the process as easy as possible. It was a little difficult towards the end which was out of their control but Leanne was always in contact with us throughout the whole process. Towards the end she pulled out all of the stops and made the chains preferred completion date a reality. It was great work from the whole team at Nicol & Co. If you’re thinking of using them, to sell your house, or to buy a house through them, you will not be disappointed.
