GoogleThe Team at Nicol & Co offer an outstanding service. We have moved many times and dealt with many estate agents, this time we chose Nicol & Co. From the first meeting with Eleanor, when she came to give a market appraisal, we were impressed with her professional manner. Moving forward from there they actively marketed our property including social media. We were kept fully informed throughout. Even when the house sale fell through they were straight on it securing another buyer relatively quickly. We had the pleasure of dealing with Hannah, Chloe, Lauren and Harvey all very professional and empathetic. We would highly recommend the way Nicol & Co work especially the team who are outstanding.

GoogleFrom the offset, the Malvern team at Nicol and Co have been exceptional! The knowledge, passion and sheer professionalism at every step of our process made the whole experience stress free.
Special thanks goes to Lauren, for finding us the most perfect family home in an area we hadn’t even considered, and to Alexandra for providing us with the most seamless buying experience possible. Even post-offer, the team were with us every step of the way as we were so expertly guided through the final stages by Kat, who kept us up-to-date with unbelievable efficiency!
Thank you, again, for everything, we could not recommend you all more!

GoogleGreat experience selling my flat with the Malvern team. This is the second time I have used them and will never use anyone else. Nicol & Co have nailed team work. Ellie did a great job with the valuation and overseeing the viewings. The team were very quick with communication and providing feedback. The period between getting a sale agreed and exchange was made so much easier with Kat. Again she kept communication flowing between me, my buyer and all solicitors. A few issues came up and I would not have been able to have dealt with them without her help. A genuine thankyou to all the team at Malvern.

GoogleWe have been searching for a property for a number of years with no success. Throughout this period Nicol and Co have been the only estate agents who have kept in touch with us, phoning on a regular basis to ask how our progress was going and sending us properties on a regular basis that they thought we might like.
Lauren, in particular, has constantly been helpful; always cheerful and friendly even when we finally bought through a different estate agent.
We have assistance from Nicol and Co., that we felt went above and beyond their remit. We would highly recommend them.
